Product introduction of ceramic fiber paper
Wear resistant ceramic fiber paper was produced using the wet forming process of a selection of wool from aluminium silicate ceramic fibers. Depending on the temperature of use, it has been divided into four materials: standard ceramic fiber paper, high aluminum content and containing zirconium. The binder burns completely and the ceramic fiber paper binder contains a flame retardant ingredient.
Features of wear resistant ceramic fiber paper
- High temperature resistance: temperature of 1260℃ and 1400℃
- Insulation: inorganic silica material; high temperature non-conductive electricity
- Thermal insulation: be able to effectively block or slow down heat transmission, 800℃ thermal conductivity can 0.12% w/(m.k)
