During the use of the lime kiln, the partial fire will cause the material surface to incline, forming a situation where one side is high and the other side is low, the material is unevenly cut on all sides, and the temperature of the kiln wall is uneven. This will not only affect the calcination quality and efficiency of lime kiln equipment, but also greatly shorten its service life. So, how to effectively deal with the partial fire of the lime kiln?
- Excessive air volume
Anthracite burns prematurely due to its undersized size. If the output is too low (ie, the output is low) or the air volume is too much, partial fire will also occur. This phenomenon is caused by the increase in the temperature of the kiln, the decrease in the temperature of the lime, the increase in the combustion capacity, and the increase in the heat of the material surface.
- Uneven ingredients
Using the electronic speed regulating belt scale, the standard anthracite and raw limestone are scientifically proportioned by setting parameters. Generally, the output of the designed lime kiln equipment will scientifically proportion the coal and the stone according to the standard anthracite heat release.
- Uneven fabric
The raw material of the mixed lime kiln enters the kiln top and is distributed through the automatic rotating distributor. During this period, the distribution effect of the automatic rotating distributor produced by different manufacturers is different. If the distribution is not uniform, the lime kiln will be slanted.
- The size of the raw material is too large
Because the particle size of anthracite is too large, the output is too high, and the calcination speed cannot keep up. Or the wind pressure is low, the air supply resistance is large, the air volume is insufficient, and the adjustment is not timely. Its characteristics are that the discharge temperature increases, there is unburned anthracite or red fire in the discharged lime, and the CO2 concentration in the kiln gas decreases, causing partial fire.
- Destruction and accumulation of raw materials
With the increase of lime and kiln temperature discharged from lime kiln equipment, the particle size of limestone is too small and the amount of crushed ash is too high. The content of anthracite pulverized coal is high, and it will form a block near the kiln wall at this time. In one place, the ventilation is blocked, and the calcination area is lowered. However, there is more ventilation in other places, and the calcination area is raised, and the phenomenon of partial fire occurs.
- Unilateral calcination
The partial fire in this case is usually caused by the uneven distribution of kiln cloth, coal, discharge material, uneven ventilation or nodules on the kiln wall. This phenomenon is accompanied by the inclination of the material surface, forming one side high and one side low, the four sides of the material are uneven, and the hot and cold temperatures are uneven, so that the kiln body is scattered on one side.
