The basic sequence and method of refractory materials for kiln masonry are as follows:

① Masonry of pool bottom, including access bottom. After laying insulation bricks and kaolin bricks, relax 30-50mm inside and outside the masonry pool wall for leveling. The multi-layer underground structure must be controlled according to the negative deviation of elevation during masonry, and the allowable deviation of the total thickness of the pool bottom is generally - 3mm. A layer of chrome ramming material is laid on the kaolin brick at the bottom of the pool as the sealing layer, which can prevent the glass liquid from penetrating into the clay brick layer with poor corrosion resistance.

② On the basis of the acceptance of the steel structure at the bottom of the pool, set out the center lines of the relevant feeding port, front and rear row bubbling and each drawing leakage plate on the forming path according to the kiln construction reference line and the kiln center line.

③ Lift the column. Take temporary measures to stabilize the column, and then install the ballast angle steel according to the design requirements. The column must be close to the ballast angle steel, and the elevation must be determined at the same time.

④ Pool wall masonry, including access pool wall. The bottom brick of the pool wall must be leveled, otherwise the bottom brick of this part shall be processed until it meets the requirements. During the masonry of multi-layer pool wall bricks, the operation shall be carried out from the inside to the outside. The size in the furnace shall be ensured. It is strictly prohibited to cut and chisel bricks facing the furnace. The wall corners shall be built with staggered joint pressing, and the perpendicularity shall be strictly maintained.

⑤ Build breast wall, front wall, back wall and passage flame space. The masonry of breast wall shall be carried out after carefully checking the installation of bracket, support plate and support frame. Measures shall be taken to prevent the hanging hook bricks and breast wall bricks from dumping into the kiln.

⑥ Masonry arch. After the arch tire is made and the bearing settlement test and corresponding size inspection of the arch frame are carried out, the large arch is built from both sides to the center at the same time, and continuous operation is required, which shall be controlled as far as possible*+ Completed within. The construction of arch insulation layer shall be carried out after the completion of baking kiln.

⑦ Masonry flue and chimney. The sundries in the kiln must be removed and cleaned with a vacuum cleaner before masonry. The masonry of furnace flue and chimney should also cooperate with the metal heat exchanger. The access chimney must be built after the access is built.

What is the masonry method of kiln?

Masonry methods include wet masonry and dry masonry:

Wet masonry position: the side wall and arch top of the flame space of the melting part, the insulating layer bricks of the flue, chimney and kiln, and the slurry used for wet masonry shall be prepared according to the refractory brick materials used.

Dry masonry parts: pool bottom and wall of melting part and passage, hook brick in flame space, arch brick of melting part and flue, electric melting brick masonry and passage top cover brick.

Carefully designed kilns must be carefully built. The masonry quality has a great impact on the service life of kilns, fuel consumption, glass melting and wire drawing.
