Masonry of refractory bricks for CFB boiler wall

1、 Circulating fluidized bed furnace wall masonry:

  1. Masonry preparation, masonry process and boiler body acceptance and handover shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of code for construction and acceptance of industrial boiler masonry engineering gbj211-87. The construction masonry must be carried out after passing the hydraulic test and acceptance.
  2. Key points of furnace wall masonry construction:

(1) The thickness of construction expansion joint of high alumina refractory castable shall be reserved according to the design requirements, and the reserved expansion joint shall be densely filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket or aluminum silicate refractory fiber rope.

(2) Aluminum silicate fiberboard shall be laid in staggered joints and bonded with high-temperature adhesive. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton must be evenly mixed with refractory mastic, and then the sealing part shall be filled tightly.

(3) The width of expansion joint reserved between asbestos free calcium silicate bricks shall be reserved according to the construction requirements. Processing equipment shall be used to process asbestos free calcium silicate bricks to ensure the standardization and accuracy of processing. The construction shall be carried out from top to bottom, from left to right and from inside to outside. The construction method shall be staggered joint and pressed joint masonry to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the furnace wall.

(4) Special shaped corundum mullite refractory fire brick masonry:

1) When building corundum mullite special-shaped refractory bricks, various masonry methods are used. It is necessary to draw the masonry datum line in advance before setting out.

2) Key points of bricklaying: the refractory brick masonry shall be close to the furnace shell, the brick joints between the refractory bricks shall be uniform, each circle shall be accurate, and the lock bricks shall be locked firmly without dislocation, sagging or void. During the masonry process, the masonry elevation and surface flatness shall be checked for many times and adjusted in time.

3) During masonry, the allowable deviation of circumferential joint is about 2mm per meter, and the allowable deviation of length of each construction section is about 8mm.

4) The last brick of each circle shall be pushed from one side of the masonry lining, except the last circle. The processed bricks shall not be used continuously as far as possible. The width of the dry built joint steel plate shall be about 10mm less than the brick, and the steel plate shall not exceed the brick edge or have sounding and bridging.

5) After the completion of corundum mullite refractory brick masonry, check, clean and fasten all brick linings again, and then prepare to dry and boil the boiler for maintenance.
