Magnesia Chrome Brick for Cement Kiln

Product description of Magnesia chrome brick

The common magnesia bricks are produced with sintered magnesia (89%~92% MgO mass fraction) and refractory chromite as raw materials. Due to the high impurities, silicate is bound between refractory grains. Magnesia chrome brick generally refers to the brick burning ordinary magnesium chrome, also known as silicate bonded magnesia chrome brick, or magnesia chrome brick for short.

Application of Magnesia chrome brick

The magnesia chrome bricks have simple production process and low price, and are widely used in cement rotary kilns (the mass fraction of Cr2O3 rarely exceeds 14%), regenerators of glass kilns, steel linings, permanent layers of refining ladles, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, lime kilns, mixed iron furnaces, refractory high-temperature kiln linings, etc.
