Brief introduction of mullite insulation brick JM28
Insulation materials mullite JM28 brick is light in weight and has good thermal insulation effect. It is a high-purity high-quality refractory powder. According to the specific gravity requirements of the product, organic composite filler is added to synthesize light cassava products through vacuum extrusion and high-temperature sintering.
Features of mullite insulation brick JM28
- High temperature and high pressure resistant multi state insulation brick
- Low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect
- The hot melting rate of cassava insulation brick is low. Due to low thermal conductivity, MULTE series light insulating bricks have little heat energy accumulation and obvious energy-saving effect in intermittent operation
Details of mullite insulation brick JM28
Insulation brick JM28 is made by taking high alumina clinker as the main raw material and adding a small amount of clay or bauxite as the binder through molding and burning. The electroformed mullite brick uses bauxite, industrial alumina and refractory clay as raw materials, adds coal or coke fines as reducing agent, and is formed by reduction melting method.
The insulation mullite brick of electric melting lotion is larger than that of sintered lotion, and its thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered products. Its behavior at high temperature mainly depends on the alumina content and the uniformity of lotion phase distribution with glass. It is mainly used for upper part of hot blast furnace, furnace body and lower part of blast furnace, storage room of glass melting furnace, ceramic sintering furnace, furnace lining of petroleum cracking system, etc.
