Product introduction of ceramic fiber paper
Ceramic fiber paper is a thermal insulation ceramic fiber product, which is made of ceramic fiber with low residue content for paper making through such processes as sizing, slag removal, sizing, long mesh forming, vacuum dehydration, drying, cutting and rolling. The adhesive burns completely during use, and the ceramic fiber paper adhesive has flame retardant components.
Features of ceramic fiber paper
- Fire protection: The shape and size of the fire still remain intact.
- High temperature resistance: 1260 ℃ and 1400 ℃.
- Thermal insulation: it can effectively prevent or delay heat transfer, and the thermal conductivity at 800 ℃ can be reduced to 0.12w/(m.k).
- Insulation: inorganic silicate material, non-conductive at high temperature.
- Sound insulation: high noise reduction coefficient.
- Sealing: It has certain elasticity and can be used for high temperature sealing.
