Product introduction of ceramic fiber module
Ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory lining product introduced to simplify and accelerate the construction of furnace and improve the integrity of furnace lining.
Advantages of ceramic fiber module
- Excellent chemical stability.
- Good thermal stability.
- The elasticity is good, and the ceramic fiber modulus is in the pre-stressed state. After the lining construction, the expansion of the ceramic fiber modulus makes the lining seamless, compensates the shrinkage of the fiber lining, and improves the thermal insulation performance and good comprehensive performance of the fiber lining.
- The ceramic fiber module can be installed quickly and the anchorage can be fixed on the cold surface of the wall covering, thus reducing the material requirements of the anchorage.
